Class	Description
DefaultFilter	The Default Implementation uses the RegEx-Pattern Expressions to evaluate the includes and excludes.
DefaultSettings	The default Settings Object.
DefaultSettingsFactory	This default Factory uses the DefaultSettings Implementation.
DefaultSettingsRepository	This class is specialized in retrieving settings by name and also maintaining the settings hierarchy.
SettingsManager	manage the Settings4jRepository which is used to store the configuration from the settings4j.xml.
